Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Transit times depend on the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Domestic Shipping Methods

1.      FedEx/UPS Ground

o   Used for smaller or single-unit shipments that meet ground carrier size/weight limits.

o   Delivered directly to your address (residential or commercial).

2.      LTL Freight (Palletized Shipping)

o   Delivery is curbside only; drivers will not bring products inside.

o   Liftgate service is available if requested in advance (additional charges may apply).

o   Delivery occurs during the carrier’s normal route hours; exact times cannot be scheduled.

⚠️ Important: Standard Shipping does not include scheduled delivery, in-house delivery, or expedited shipping.


Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Free local delivery for orders over $800 within 50 miles of our Stockbridge, GA warehouse.
  • Local deliveries under $800 → $75 per pallet.
  • Customers may also schedule Free warehouse pickup by appointment.

Order Tracking

  • FedEx/UPS shipments → Tracking number will be provided by email.
  • LTL Freight shipments → You will receive a tracking (PRO) number. Delivery is during regular business hours without scheduling.
